I am a tradesman myself and I couldn’t be more impressed with the professionalism of A&A hot water service. From their tradesman, their reception staff, and the owner of the company himself who took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and was satisfied.

I couldn’t be happier with the Friendly efficient prompt service from A & A hot water. My hot water system was replaced within less than five hours of me making a phone call. I highly recommend using A & A hot water, I’m definitely glad I did.

Most recently, when we had a loss of hot water, Tony attended within a few hours, checked the HWS and advised that there had been problems with off peak power in our area and that we should ‘wait and see’. Next day, everything was OK. Someone less reputable may have recommended a new HWS. I highly recommend this business.

One phone call to Tony and the team and a technician was onsite within hrs while I went to work. 1 very helpful phone call from the technician who arrived on time and was able to replace my old system, same day for a price that couldn’t be matched. From the owner to the office staff and technicians, I could not have been happier with the service, price and end result. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from Adam, Arabella and the team from A&A Hot Water Plumbing & Electrical. They went above and beyond for us, also organised temporary hot water while we awaited a part. Thank you

Fantastic service, had no hot water they came out within the hour replaced the thermostat. All fixed . Great price highly recommend. They are my go to company now 🙂

I’m personally an electrican and my father is a plumber so we have an eye for good workmanship. I can not recommend A&A more highly. From booking the work in with Debbie to Adam and the boys installing the unit everything was done with ease. They completed the job with a very high level of workmanship and it was a pleasue working with them.
